And if you really need it fast, we offer special UPS Next Business Day Delivery* service at $17.95 for the first item and each additional item is just $6.99. RETURN POLICY: At LawBooks.com, we gladly accept returns of books within 21 days of purchase for a full refund. 1. All returned books must be in their original condition. 2. Returned software, flashcards or audio must be unopened to receive return credit. 3. Attorney-practitioner titles have a 14-day return period and a 10% restocking fee is charged only on returned attorney-practitioner titles. Attorney-practitioner titles are those titles whose SKUs have a ATTY prefix (i.e. ATTY20102). No restocking fee is charged on non ATTY titles. 4. Please include a copy of your invoice and reason for return in your return package. 5. We are not responsible for items returned to us, so we suggest you use a trackable shipping method,USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation or UPS Ground. 6.
